CUSTOM ARTWORK- Most of our orders are actually custom designed. We would love to help bring your design ideas to life as well. Whatever size, color or pattern, we can usually make it happen. Just give us a call or reach out to us via email or social media and we can discuss it in more detail. We enjoy making unique pieces specifically for our client's homes.
PRODUCT VARIANCES- Finished dimensions may vary up to 1". Color and design may differ slightly from piece to piece due to the natural variances in wood as well as our continuously changing wood inventory. Although unlikely, all products made from wood have the potential to warp, change color or crack over time.
COLOR/ONLINE DISPLAY- Although we do everything we can to represent our products with accurate images, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone screen will display those colors with the same accuracy. If you have any questions regarding the tone or shade of the piece you are ordering, please contact us immediately to ensure that you are getting exactly what you are wanting.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES- All sales are final. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, please let us know if you have any issues with your order. We want you to have a good experience as well as truly love your artwork.
PRODUCTION TIME/SHIPPING- All pieces are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production. However, we do strive to complete orders sooner if at all possible. Both local pickup and shipping options available. Shipping times vary according to carrier but most deliveries can be expected within 5 business days.
